How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you call or text us, fill in a form on our website, chat with us, book a job, or speak with our plumbers. We may also receive information from service providers who help us run our business, such as our booking and job management systems, and from finance providers if you apply for finance through them.

to respond to your enquiry, give you a quote and book your job
to send our plumbers to your property and complete the work, including the complimentary home plumbing inspection unless you opt out
to send booking confirmations, reminders, invoices and follow-up messages
to provide warranty and after-sales support
to improve our website, services and customer experience
to send you occasional updates or offers, which you can opt out of at any time
to meet our legal, licensing and record-keeping obligations

Finance through HomePro Credit

If you apply for finance, your application is made directly with HomePro Credit, a third-party credit provider. HomePro Credit collects and handles your information under its own privacy policy and credit reporting policy. Finance may be available subject to approval, and fees, terms and conditions apply. We may receive information from HomePro Credit about the status of your application so we can book and complete your job.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with:

our staff and contractors who need it to deliver your job
service providers who help us run our business, such as job management, booking, CRM, SMS, email, phone, website, hosting and analytics providers
finance providers, if you choose to apply for finance
insurers, or other parties, where you ask us to provide reports or information to them
government bodies or regulators where we are required or authorised by law

Overseas disclosure

Some of our service providers and support staff store or access information outside Australia. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
