Local plumbers · Sunnybank Hills 4109
We’re in Sunnybank Hills most weeks, clearing blocked drains, replacing hot water systems and tracking down leaks. Our Heathwood workshop is a short drive away. Urgent jobs are reached within 60 minutes where available, and every job gets a fixed price before work starts.
Local know-how
Many Sunnybank Hills homes were built in the 1970s to 1990s, and a lot of them still have original drainage and pipework. That’s why blocked drains are our most common job here:
We also look after shops and restaurants around the Sunnybank Hills shopping precinct. Commercial kitchens need their drains and grease arrestors working, so we book around your trading hours. If a drain backs up mid-service, call us and we’ll treat it as urgent.

FAQs
Many homes here have original sewer pipes with joints that tree roots can get into. Over time the roots catch grease and debris and block the line. Jetting clears it, and a camera inspection shows whether a repair or relining is needed to stop it coming back.
